Meet the Leadership Team
Multi-industry C-Suite executive, with 27 years of healthcare experience. This experience includes developing key partnerships with a diverse group of stakeholders, building and managing high-functioning teams through multiple project development/management initiatives, and utilizing data to develop metrics for developing/measuring desired goals.
Brittney Charles is responsible for all facets of Human Resources, which includes talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, benefits administration, policies and procedures, and employee relations. Brittney has over 10 years of experience in HR. She earned her Bachelor of Health Science degree in Radiation Therapy from Washburn University and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources. Brittney loves spending time with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, baking and attending her children’s extracurricular activities.
Christy Doremus brings her vast knowledge of both accounting and grant funding to Palmer after honing her skills with the Sac & Fox Nation. Her degree in Accounting & Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University has proven the Christy knows her numbers. She lives in Bristow with her husband and has three growing children.
Jennifer Blalock has been with Palmer since August 2017. She has a strong administrative background providing support in various capacities. Jennifer oversees the agency’s administration system and general workflow. She has a strong work ethic and can-do attitude, and welcomes the opportunity to be stretched with new tasks and challenges, while maintaining the philosophy that all tasks should be done with excellence. She lives in Catoosa with her husband and has three grown children and two adorable granddaughters.
Kristen Blansett has been with Palmer since 2015, filling roles such as Clinical Supervisor, Director of Outpatient Counseling, and now serves as the Director of Palmer’s 52-bed residential treatment program from women and children. Kristen’s years of counseling in the juvenile justice system has equipped her to manage programs that can often be challenging. Kristen loves to travel–especially to the beach–and watch her kids at their LaCross tournaments.
Kim Falcon has spent thirty-five years in the not-for-profit world. From providing direct care to individuals with disabilities when she first graduated to serving for ten years as an executive director Kim now she spends her time creating development and fundraising programs as well as teaching grant writing to undergrads. Beside travelling and reading she enjoys assisting nonprofits who are struggling to struggling to find a sold path in moving their mission forward. Both Kim’s masters and PhD degrees are in Organizational Leadership.
